Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or submitting incorrect details may result in account suspension or termination.

7Lead Quality & Replacement Policy

8Lead Usage Policy

- Leads should be contacted within 24 hours of receiving them.
Any misuse of lead information may result in account suspension or termination.
9User & Client Relationship
Worklance LLP only provides business opportunities. Any interaction, negotiation, agreement, contract, payment arrangement, or project execution between the user and client is solely between both parties.

10No Guarantee of Project Conversion
Worklance LLP does not guarantee successful project acquisition, client approval, lead conversion, freelancer earnings, or agency revenue.
Business results depend on various factors including user skills, portfolio quality, pricing, communication, client requirements, and market conditions.
11Refund & Service Assurance
Refund requests and service concerns will be handled according to the Worklance LLP Refund & Service Assurance Policy.

12Cancellation Policy
Once a subscription plan is activated:
- Cancellation requests cannot be processed for the remaining subscription period.
- Subscription benefits cannot be transferred to another account.
- Unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash value.
13Account Suspension & Termination
Worklance LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases including fake or incorrect information, fraudulent activities, lead misuse, payment fraud, multiple unauthorized accounts, platform abuse, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
Accounts terminated due to policy violations may not be eligible for refunds.
14Intellectual Property Rights
All Worklance LLP intellectual property including website design, logo, brand name, software, content, graphics, and marketing materials belongs exclusively to Worklance LLP.
Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use Worklance LLP intellectual property without written permission.
15Privacy & Data Protection

16Limitation of Liability
Worklance LLP shall not be responsible for loss of business opportunities, failure of lead conversion, client disputes, payment disputes, business losses, or expected income not achieved.

17Changes to Terms & Conditions
